Emotional Reclamation + Narrative Reset

For toxic exits, prolonged searches, and confidence repair

For professionals navigating a toxic exit, a prolonged search, or an environment that has eroded their confidence.

Narrative reset before narrative build

Start where the story is actually stuck

Not everyone needs this work. But if you've been in a high-pressure, high-conflict, or chronically unsupportive environment, your nervous system may be running a threat response that no resume optimization can fix.

Before I build your narrative, I address what's underneath it.

Using a scientifically-proven emotional management practice developed by a PhD, I help you regulate, heal, and reset -- so your SCAR stories come from a grounded professional, not a survival-mode one.

This is not therapy. It is the preparation that makes everything else work faster and land harder.

The Complete Behavioral Science Stack

Not everyone needs the full stack. But when your confidence, trust, communication, and narrative have all been affected, the sequence matters. Most career coaching addresses one layer of the problem; I can address all four because each layer enables the next.

Layer 1 - Emotional Regulation

The Foundation

Before I build your narrative, I address what's underneath it. If your environment has eroded your confidence, activated a threat response, or left you in survival mode, no amount of resume optimization reaches the real problem. I start here - with a scientifically-proven emotional management practice developed by a PhD that resets your baseline so everything else works faster and lands harder.

Layer 2 - Trust Architecture

The Science

The MASTER-D Trust Framework - grounded in Cialdini, Kahneman, Goleman, Cuddy, Edmondson & Thaler. The behavioral science of building trust in high-stakes professional relationships. Applied to careers, leadership conversations, toxic environment exits, difficult bosses, and any context where your expertise needs to land with people who think differently than you do.

Layer 3 - Perspective Mobility

The Soft Skill Engineering Shift

WIIFT - What's In It For Them. The mental model that moves you from first-person expertise into second-person audience concerns and third-person business reality. This is the architecture of influence: what I sometimes call "soft skill engineering": not manipulating people, but escaping the sunken-place loop of "no one gets me" so you can see your own bias, then see what the room, relationship, market, or system needs before you answer. The practice is simple to name and hard to master: 1st person, what I did; 2nd person, what they need; 3rd person, what the world requires.

Layer 4 - Narrative Construction

The Output

The SCAR Narrative Method - Situation, Complication, Action, Result. SCAR brings story architecture into business communication: what mattered, what got harder, what you did, and what changed. It turns your technical expertise, clinical depth, and business impact into the specific, compelling stories that hiring managers, executives, promotion committees, and decision-makers immediately understand and remember. The hand-crafted resume, interview talk tracks, and LinkedIn narrative are built here - from a grounded, regulated, WIIFT-oriented baseline.

If you're reading this page, you may be here because Layer 1 is not optional right now. When a toxic environment, prolonged search, or confidence-eroding experience has affected your baseline, this stack helps me rebuild from the right starting point.
