Every engagement follows the same strategic arc. Phase I turns your experience into a clear, credible candidacy. Phase II helps you take it into the market with a focused search rhythm and live support.

Phase I

Build Your Candidacy

Complete the three-session workflow in as little as three days or pace it across approximately three weeks. Resume first-draft turnaround is typically 48-72 hours, depending on the current client pipeline.
